Andrew Plympton
Non-Executive Chairman
Andrew Plympton was President of St Kilda Football Club from 1993–2001. He has a distinguished business career and brings considerable financial management skills to the Board. He is a past National Secretary and International Governor of International Etchells Association, a Life Member International Etchells Association and a previous World Champion and three times Australian champion in the Etchells class. He is a Member of the General Committee Royal Brighton Yacht Club and a Member of the Clubs Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron, Royal Brighton Yacht Club, Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, Sorrento Couta Boat Club. He was elected to the Australian Olympic Committee Executive in May 2009. He is also Non Executive Chairman of ASX listed Beyond Sportswear International Limited. Mr. Plympton was appointed a Director of AdEffective in February 2009.

Damian London
Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years experience in online business development, Damian has extensive knowledge in management, technology development, business development and marketing.  Damian has founded, co-founded and developed a number of profitable start-up businesses including Working Software Pty Ltd (1997-2000, merged with Startup.com.au Pty Ltd), Startup.com.au Pty Ltd (1999-2002, acquired by MultiEMedia Ltd / NewSat Ltd), Ansearch Pty Ltd (2002-2007, acquired by Optum ES Ltd / Webfirm Ltd) and PlanetW Pty Ltd (2007-2010, Advertising assets acquired by AdEffective Ltd).  Damian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Double Major in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Swinburne University of Technology). In 1999, Damian was named a “Rising Star in Information Technology” by Fairfax Media Ltd.  He was appointed to the board of AdEffective in December 2009 and appointed Chief Executive Office in May 2011.

Barry Green
Executive Director, Vice President Business Development
Barry Green, based in the San Francisco Bay Area is the head of Business Development for AdEffective Ltd. He was President at Barry Green & Associates, an internet consultancy, from March 1996 until August 1998. He was Western Regional Manager at Media Space Solutions from September 1998 until August 1999 and Sales Director Western Region at Northern Light search engine from September 1999 until January 2002. He subsequently joined Submitnet as VP Sales & Business Development in Feb 2002 and then became Vice President, Business Development at ExactSeek.com and Jayde Online Network in October 2004. In conjunction he was also Vice President of the ISEDN.org , starting in June 2005. He was also Co Founder of Online Media Ventures LLC from August 2007. He joined the Ad Effective as Senior Vice President Business Development  in 2010 and was appointed to the AdEffective Board in May 2011.

Sophie Karzis
Company Secretary
Miss Karzis is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.  She is a practising lawyer with over ten years experience as a commercial lawyer, and company secretary and in house counsel for a number of private and public companies.

Mark Newton
General Manager
Mark Newton holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from James Cook University.  He was a Systems Developer at James Cook University from 2003 until 2004 specialising in software/web development with Java, Oracle and ColdFusion in a Solaris environment.  In 2004 he joined Ansearch Ltd (now Webfirm Limited) as a Software Developer working with Perl, PHP, Mysql, XML and HTML/CSS in a Linux environment.  He was subsequently promoted to Software Development Manager at Searchworld Pty Ltd, a division of Ansearch, in 2008.  He joined AdEffective as a consultant in 2010.
